Do your smartwatches come with a warranty?

Yes. All smartwatches include a 3-month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
Customers are advised to review the Refund, Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy attached for full terms and conditions.

Warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Hardware malfunctions not caused by misuse
Faults confirmed under normal, intended use

Warranty does not cover:

Physical or accidental damage
Water damage outside the watch’s rated capability
Misuse, neglect, or incorrect operation
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic damage)
Lost or stolen items

What do smartwatch water-resistance ratings (IP67, IP68, 30M, 50M) mean?

We offer smartwatches with IP67, IP68, 30M, 50M, and non-waterproof ratings. Water exposure is assessed strictly according to the specific rating of each watch.

Rating explanation:

IP67: Splash-resistant and brief accidental water exposure
IP68: Fresh-water swimming only, according to manufacturer guidelines
30M / 50M: Limited water activities; not suitable for diving or pressure exposure

⚠️ Important water-use exclusions (NOT covered under any circumstances):

Hot water, steam, showers, baths, or saunas
Salt water or sea swimming
Soap, shampoo, detergents, or chemicals
High-pressure water (taps, jets, hoses)
Diving or prolonged submersion
Water exposure after drops, impacts, or seal damage

Water resistance is not permanent and can weaken over time due to wear, heat, pressure, or impact.
Any water damage outside approved usage is considered misuse and is not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or warranty claims.

What is your return, exchange, and refund policy?

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the smartwatch:

Is returned in original packaging with all accessories
Has been opened for inspection only
Has not been paired, activated, logged into, or used
Is in like-new, resale condition

A R120 flat-rate return courier fee applies.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within up to 7 working days after inspection and approval.

Can I track my order after purchasing?

Yes. you can track your order directly on our website through each stage of processing. Once your order is handed over to The Courier Guy, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to continue tracking your parcel directly with the courier until delivery.
