Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped using The Courier Guy for secure nationwide delivery.

Order Processing

Subject to stock availability and payment confirmation:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days

  • Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email or SMS

  • Tracking allows real-time monitoring of your parcel until delivery

Please note:

Once an online order has been processed, finalized, and paid for, no adjustments, additions, swaps, or product changes can be made. A new order will need to be placed if modifications are required.

Delivery Cost

🚚 Standard Nationwide Delivery: R99 Flat Rate

Delivery is available door-to-door to verified physical street addresses within South Africa.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been dispatched:

  • Johannesburg main areas: 1–2 business days

  • Main centres: 2–3 business days

  • Regional & outlying areas: 4–6 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier routing and operational conditions.

Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are made:

🕒 Monday – Friday
🕒 08:00 – 17:00

Deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays.

High-Risk & Remote Delivery Areas

Certain locations may be classified by The Courier Guy as high-risk or remote delivery zones.

In such cases:

  • Delivery may be redirected to the nearest Courier Guy depot or approved collection point

  • Customers will be notified directly by the courier

These measures help ensure parcel security and successful delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

Courier delivery is not available to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Farms or plots

  • Mines

  • Military bases

  • Airports or harbours

  • Power stations

  • Game reserves or lodges

Customers may be required to provide an alternative delivery address.

Factors That May Affect Delivery

While we aim to deliver within estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Load shedding

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Courier operational delays

  • Strikes or road closures

  • High seasonal demand periods

Klene Store cannot guarantee delivery timelines once parcels have been handed to the courier.

Klene Store currently delivers within South Africa only.
