Refund, Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy
7-Day Limited Return Policy & 3-Month Warranty

We are committed to transparency, product quality, and fair customer service. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, refunds, and warranty claims may be processed.
By placing an order with Klene Store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Change of Mind & Incorrect Purchases
Klene Store does not offer refunds or returns for:

Wrong colour, model, or specification selected by the customer

Buyer’s remorse after purchase
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and specifications carefully before completing checkout.
Returns sent without prior authorization and approval will not be accepted.
2. Sale, Promotional & Clearance Items
All sale, promotional, discounted, bundle, or clearance items are strictly:

✅ Non-exchangeable
unless confirmed faulty on arrival.
3. Eligible Returns (Faulty or Incorrect Items Only)
Returns are only considered under the following circumstances:

Item is damaged or faulty on arrival (DOA)

Incorrect item was supplied

Verified manufacturing defect
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for inspection and approval, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

Item returned in original packaging

All accessories, straps, manuals, and charging cables included

Product opened for inspection purposes only

Watch must not be activated, paired, logged into, or registered

Item must remain in unused, resale condition

No scratches, dents, marks, wear, or physical damage

Serial numbers and security seals must be intact
Products showing signs of setup, activation, wear, misuse, or handling beyond inspection may be rejected unless confirmed defective after technical assessment.
Items that fail inspection will be returned to the customer at their expense.
4. Damaged or Faulty on Arrival (DOA)
If your item arrives damaged or not functioning correctly, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide:

Photos or video evidence clearly showing the issue

Confirmation that original packaging is retained
Verified claims may qualify for:

✅ Store credit
✅ Refund (where replacement stock is unavailable)
5. Inspection & Handling Fee
Approved returns that are not related to confirmed manufacturing defects may be subject to a handling, inspection, and restocking fee of up to 10% of the product value.
This fee covers testing, repackaging, and processing costs.
6. Shipping & Return Costs

Return courier costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from our error.

Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Customers bear responsibility for safe packaging and shipment of returned goods.
Klene Store is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for:

Verified defective products

Incorrect items supplied
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the same model is unavailable, customers may receive:

A replacement product

Store credit

Approved refund (where applicable)
Courier fees may apply.
8. Smartwatch Water Resistance Disclaimer
Smartwatches sold by Klene Store carry ratings such as IP67, IP68, 30M, or 50M, depending on the model.
Water resistance applies strictly within manufacturer guidelines.
The following are not covered under returns or warranty:

Salt water exposure

Showering or hot water use

Steam, baths, or saunas

Soap, shampoo, detergents, or chemicals

High-pressure water exposure

Diving or prolonged submersion

Water exposure after impact or physical damage
Water resistance is not permanent and may reduce over time due to wear or seal deterioration.
Moisture damage outside approved usage is considered misuse.
9. Incorrect Items or Missing Accessories
If you receive an incorrect item or missing accessories, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange correction, replacement, or collection where required at no additional cost.
10. 3-Month Manufacturer Warranty
All watches include a 3-month limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Covered:

Manufacturing or factory defects

Hardware malfunction under normal operation

Battery performance issues during normal use
Not Covered:

Physical or accidental damage

Screen cracks or impact damage

Water damage outside rated capability

Misuse, negligence, or improper handling

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Normal cosmetic wear and tear

Lost or stolen items
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
11. Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled or modified before payment confirmation.
Once payment has been processed, orders are final and cannot be cancelled, changed, or combined.
12. Delivery Delays
Delivery delays caused by:

Courier backlogs

Load shedding
-
Weather conditions
-
Remote delivery locations
do not qualify for refunds or order cancellations.
13. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 working days for funds to reflect, depending on banking processing times.
14. Stock Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Klene Store will issue a full refund within 7 working days.
